My Gramma turned 94 today! I can’t imagine 94, so many things she has went through, seen develop, and so many hard times. The Depression…She is still going strong, yes she might forget that she just seen you or might forget that she just told you something. But, she gets around herself, is talking about her garden, and enjoys seeing some of her family there to celebrate with her. She thought we would have forgot her birthday. Never. My husband and I were able to travel about 3 hours to see her on her special day! With many thanks to our kids. Some milked on the farm for us, and some babysat our younger kids. What a surprise!! So thankful to be allowed to spend one more special birthday with my Gramma.
I'm glad you stopped by Managers of the Home. My name is Wendy and I can't wait to get to know YOU! Above everything, I am a child of God. I can not imagine doing life without Him to talk to, to lean on, and to get daily strength from. As I get older, I see the real importance of a meaningful relationship with Him. I have been married to my best friend for 32 years! We have 8 kids, ranging from 31 to 10! It's almost like having 2 families since we have 5 older kids, 31, 26, 25, 23, and 21 and 3 younger kids, 13, 12, and 10.
